To take advantage of this program you must attend one of our free, WSHFC seminars to get the required certificate, led by brilliant instructors, our very own Morgan Reick, Realtor®️ and a lender partner who will guide you through the entire home-buying process and provide expert tips and insights about the market, and buying a home.
